All the prints sold at Church Street Gallery are referred to as Original Prints - Let me explain what that means?

An Original Print is not a reproduction of a pre-existing image or a copy of a painting. The artwork is printed by hand by the artist, or under the artists supervision, one layer of colour on top of the other until the final image is finished. This process is repeated until the required number of prints are completed to fulfill the edition. Once complete, the print is signed and numbered by the artist and will never be reprinted. This is a Limited Edition Original Print.
